Overview
Built in 1922 this French colonial style hotel places special emphasis on preserving its unique and historical architecture. Renovations in 1995 have retained the original colonial style, blending the old French with traditional Vietnamese hospitality.
Sofitel Dalat was accredited as a 5-star hotel in February 1998 by the Vietnam National Administration for Tourism and is a favourite destination for honeymooners. Located just 30 minutes from Dalat Airport and 5 minutes from the shops, market and Dalat Palace Golf Club.

Dining & Entertainment:
Le Rabelais restaurant specialises in French cuisine, guests can choose from a wide selection of French wines to accompany their meal. The restful ambience of Sofitel can also be found in the intimate Le Rabelais Bar with its romantic fireplace and live piano music.
The Cafe De La Poste offers a delicious selection of Vietnamese specialities as well as international favourites. On the upper floor of Cafe De La Poste, the hotels new nightspot PKs presents music and dancing in the middle of the Vietnamese countryside. Larrys bar is another venue for a casual evening. Guests can enjoy karaoke, pool, darts, hammer game, satellite TV, backgammon and music.

Resort facilities include two tennis courts, mountain bikes, childrens playroom/video games room, outdoor playground, horse riding, badminton, basketball, boutiques and library.

Each of the Sofitel's 43 rooms have first class amenities including IDD telephone, satellite television, mini bar, safe deposit, in-house movies, music channels and hairdryer. Many of the rooms have a private fireplace.
Rooms comprise either twin or king beds (mainly king beds) and interconnecting rooms are available.
Superior rooms measure approximately 35 sqm; Deluxe rooms approximately 45 sqm and Junior Suites measure approximately 95 sqm. Presidential Suites measure 125 sqm.
Deluxe rooms or Suites are recommended for a family of four.
