Money Exchange  Exchange foreign currency bank notes and traveler’s check at major banks or authorized money changers. The rates offered for traveler’s checks are sometimes up to 5% less than cash, while the small amounts sometimes get a faintly lower rate.
Rates offered by banks and money changers fluctuate everyday, and be different between one place to another. Calculate and verify the amount according to the given exchange rate, and get the receipt of your transaction.
Beware of the ‘authorized’ money changers in some tourist areas. Sometimes they are not ‘authorized’ at all. |
