You can also buy the handy debit phone card issued by the governmental telecommunication office for the local, interlocal and international calls.
Meanwhile, for the more convenience call, you can go to Telecommunication Stalls, known as ‘Wartel’, where you make any kind of call to any part of the world.
The rates are a little bit higher, since they include the government tax. Most of the Wartels also provide the facsimile service, and some of them provide Internet service. |
